2001 S2k or 2002 S2k?????

2001 S2k or 2002 S2k?????
I am goin to buy a s2k in may. Im not sure if i should buy the 2001 or 2002. What are the positive differences in the 2002 besides the rear glass window. The reason why i dont car about the rear glass window is because i am goin to go wit the hard top.
