I've heard late 2005 as a model year 2006... no details or official confirmation though.

It been rumored to be returning for a while but I haven't seen anything with an actual launch date. I doubt 2005 because we would have seen indications of an actual car by now, either as a test mule or a concept.

I don't know what it's gonna be, but I'd bet on a twin car like the 350Z/G35 coupe. With an I-6 a 2 seater Toyota and a 2+2 Lexus IS350 coupe. Hopefully they will have both NA and turbo for the Supra.

Rumor is that the next IS is going to lose its inline six and go with a V6. What a shame.

The next IS will lose the I-6 and will be a V6 now bleh. The new Supra is going to be a NA V6 competeing with the 350z and in the same price range. Thats all the rumors Ive heard.

Maybe when the new one comes out, the prices on the 97-98's fade, so I can buy a used one.
