I think they're pretty ugly.

Doesn't matter what the stock wheels are, because you can always buy new ones.

I think Chevy should make the GM body panels standard on all Vettes. The car looks a million times better with those curves and bulges. The fender flares alone do wonders for the car.

The Vette's a nice looking car, don't get me wrong, but the Z06 body is just amazing.

I find myself dreaming about Z06's way too often. I need one like I need a hole in my head, but they're just damn sexy cars for the $$$.

For sure. I am constantly looking for my next car (sometimes dreaming, sometimes seriously) and bang-for-the-buck favors the Z06 over just about anything I can come up with. Add in good looks, strong reliability and relatively cheap parts and it's pretty much a home run.

I like that you can get the Grand Sport and effectively get the base Vette (which is plenty fast/powerful for me) with the Z06 body but still, how much more expensive is it to make the Z06 panels as standard and how much would that price drop if every Vette had them? It couldn't be THAT much more expensive, right?

Maybe not, but it would de-value the Z06 and make it less desirable IMO. The GS has already cannibalized a lot of Z06 sales from one account I've read.

ADV1 wheels are the hottest right now with their super concave designs...

Do you mean the Z06 body panels? I mean all the body panels are GM parts...

Actually I kind of prefer the sides of the base Vette. It looks cleaner and faster too me. All are good looking.

Who cares. 2011, all the corvettes worth buying are Grand Sport and higher model variations. The geezers can keep their base auto convertibles.

The base 6spd with mag suspension is reported to be a great driving car and it's not like any C6 is slow. Still, the one I would have wanted, the Z-51 package is sadly no more.
