By the time Honda actually does this I will be in need of a Ridgeline...
Last year, Honda sold 16,464 Ridgelines, a 51.4% drop from the previous year.

I only drove one briefly.
IMO: Handles well, cool features, but very underpowered and 15/20 MPG is disappointing.
Of course, the only other truck I'd consider right now is a Double Cab 4WD V6 5spd manual Toyota Tacoma for $26,145. Which at 236 hp and 4130 lbs isn't much faster, and gets worse mileage at 14/18.
Nah, I'll stick with my old S-Runner. (About 20/22 mpg, and actually somewhat sporty.)

Is the Ridgeline that bad of a truck?
If you can deal with the mpg, a used loaded one would be a great bargain. My STi gets the exact same mileage but my foot isn't as ginger in it

I've seen those sales figures, and yeah, it does scare me about an opportunity to purchase a brand new one...earliest I will be in need would probably be late 2012.
