Default 2016 Camaro

Chevy just debut's the 2016 camaro.

It doesn't look that much different than the 5th gen to me but I'm digging the powertrain and the interior looks sweet.

I suppose it is definately better, but after being really really really unimpressed with an SS rental, I don't think it would be enough to interest me. The Mustang perked up my ears at the redesign, and I guess I am kind of shocked to hear that owners and the press were somewhat underwhelmed when they finally got their hands on one, but this does not even get much of a reaction from me. I would say, any money they put into improving interior ergonomics would be well spent because that was a major part of the dissatisfaction I had.

I like it so far, everything from shedding 200 pounds, the nicer looking interior, and the newer LT1 engine. Looks wise, I'm not sure I like it any better or even as much as the the 2015 1LE, but then again I am yet to see what that would like with this new bodystyle.
Considering the 2015 1LE gave the new Mustang GT track pack a run for its money, I'm guessing the 2016 V8 LT1 Camaro will undoubtedly.

I would never buy a Camaro and this is not because it is a bad car. If I were buying into the bow tie family it would have to be a Vette - period -

I'm impressed with the new Camaro, especially the interior in the red/black color combo.

I feel like there's something borrowed from the 2015 Mustang exterior, but I can't put my finger on it.

Crisper, cleaner lines - I like it! The interior looks HUGELY improved and with less weight, it should be a great muscle car.

Now, a Mustang GT350 would definitely interest me over an SS (not really a fair comparison in any way) but other than that, the Camaro SS looks to beat the Mustang GT in just about every way. It'll be similar (or lighter) in weight, more powerful, torquier, similar interior quality, and great suspension as standard (MR shocks). Brembo brakes are also standard, which is nice to see.

I think the new Camaro looks worlds better than the Mustang. It also appears to be smaller, like a 7/8ths scale 2015 Camaro.

I feel like it looks like the BRZ's big brother.
