I actually like this 370Z vert. more than I do with its coupe. It actually looks nice. Just gotta wait for prices to come down and incentives to kick in.

If I were in the market for a new hardtop vert to use as a sports car and were trying to get one for ~$30k, I'd probably go for a MX-5 PRHT.
If I wanted to spend more money, I'd probably go for a Z4.
If I was going for something that would be heavy and more GT-ish I'd get something with 4-doors over the 370z. Like the BMW 328 / 330 vert, IS or G37 vert.
I'm not sure what the niche or market for this car will be. Too heavy for a real sports car, not enough seats for GT practicality. Looks nice, though.

The 370 ragtop is definitely better looking than the 350. Nice car! Gee, the magazines were saying they were actually going to price the 370 at less than the 350. I guess that was speculation?

MSRP is just MSuggestedRP. In this economy, no one is foolish enough to pay MSRP for any car (well, most cars anyway). With a little negotiation and dealer's desperation, that $37K car will be around 33-34.
