Although the title said 1-per day, the official rules don't specify that, so here are my list of 7 random cars that I think would make a well-rounded fleet.
1) Porsche GTS - for a fun commuter
2) Porsche GT3 RS 4.0 - weekend track toy
3) Lexus LS600h L - For when I need to bring some friends along in "I'm pretending to be eco-friendly" style.
4) Ferrari 599 GTO - when I feel compelled to take home the hottest gold-digging girl in the bar.
5) Aston Martin DBS Volante - for some topless (but classy) fun.
6) Ford Taurus SHO - because everybody needs a car that they'd be willing to leave overnight in a seedy neighborhood.
7) Ford F450 King Ranch - for Home Depot runs. (if we're allowing trucks)

in reality I'd probably go w/ the panamera turbo s over the E63 but if I get to have 7, I don't want an entire garage full of porsches.
in my real life I'm not even thinking about any of these cars for my next purchases except *maybe* the e63 or boxster spyder...

5. Grocery getter, cruiser, take clients around in. Has to be roomy, comfy, and quiet. Audi S8
