99 Eclipse GSX
Looking at buying a 99 Eclipse GSX for around 10k. It has been extensively modifed and has a built 6-bolt motor. I believe the 6-bolt is less prone to crank walk. Does this seem like a good buy at 10k? Would it make a good daily driver?

10k for a GSX is wayy too much, especially a modifed one. There are very few GSXs that I would pay 10k for. If you send me a link to the car I might be able to give you more info. I might recongnize it.

It has a lot of mods. Might be worth it.
My stepson's GS-T was okay. Engine-wise all we did to it was an improved downpipe, BOV, and intake. We did have to chase boost leaks regularly but nothing to strand you on the side of the road. No idea if the nature of your engine mods make it more or less prone to failure.

-> A GSX as a DD could pay a lot in the long run, plus Mitsu's reliability here in the US as mediocre at best. The maintenace factor on a 4G63 is quite high, plus you can add the AWD on top of that.
-> May I suggest?
- late 90's Honda Prelude

-> Saw the pic, too risky in my opinion.
