But the Camry will still outsell it.

The Camry is not classy, and hasn't been so since the 91-96 model (who's styling was a rip-off of the Maxima's). Back then I definitely would've said the Camry was classier than the Accord. That changed in 1998 when Toyota had that wretchedly dull thing on 4 wheels they called a Camry.
The new Camry is the best one in 10 years, but it still has flaws. The interior in the current Accord is better than the one in the new Camry, so Honda's already winning there without trying. Sales numbers don't mean anything when it comes to which car is better. It just means one company is apparently marketing a little better than the other.
Consider that Honda has more of a Lexus-style marketing strategy for its cars (the same or similar narrator over many years, similar vehicle shots and comercial design over a decade or so), whereas Toyota has a goofy guy that bounces around with his kids in his new Camry or Tacoma in front of his house in the 'burbs. People are going to associate with the goofy guy because he's in scenes that are associated more with reality. Honda has started branching their marketing out more, but they still attack from more abstract angles.
Either way though, if it's my money today, I'm taking the Accord without having to think about it.
