Another Italian Beauty!
The first time I saw that Alfa on Autoweek's website, I was floored. It's absolutely stunning. I actually can't think of a more beautiful modern automobile. To my eyes, nothing beats a classic, front-engined sports car with a long hood and a short deck. The perfect proportions for a sports or GT car. Wonder why I like my S2000 so much? Anyway, with the rumored return of Alfa to the U.S. in 2005, I have a feeling that we will be seeing this car in some form soon. It looks to be too production ready to be just a pie-in-the-sky concept. Maybe it will replace the current Alfa coupe? But, if so, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this beautiful rear-drive V8 powered machine doesn't morph into a front-drive V6 sports coupe. I'd love to get my hands on one someday, and I'd probably sell a kidney to do it!
Best I can recall...it was going to be around $60,000-$70,000 US price tag...obviously still a "speculation." Just about well-equipped M3 or M5. It would be interesting to see good old German-Italian competition in US soil
!
Yeah, I was flipping when I first saw this car. What is it about Italians that make their cars look so awesome?

If Lotus ever gets their heads out of their asses and manages to actually put the M250 into production, I will be RUNNING to the dealer to put my deposit down for one. That is handsdown one of the most beautiful cars I've ever seen.
Alfa is hot too.
