An NB Miata hits those all those points about as well as any car out there I'd say. A quick Truecar search actually turned up quite a few NC's in my area as well.

I'd go for the LS2 GTO. Exterior wise I'm not a huge fan either. Awesome motor in those with lots of potential as well. Interior is leaps and bounds better than American car interiors from those years as it was designed in Australia for the Holden I think it is.
