The factory system probably just sent line level signals to each speaker amp. If your new head unit can do this, then that's what I'd suggest, otherwise, simply run new wires from the head unit to each speaker, and remove the old amps. You don't want any splices between the head unit and the speaker (unless you like crappy audio), so you don't want to jury-rig it.

You might be able to use the existing wires, but I'd replace the factory speaker wire with something like 16 gauge if you are going to the trouble to replace the factory head unit. A 100' spool is only ~$12, so there is no reason not to replace the wire. I'd solder the new wire onto the speaker leads if it were me.

it's not that easy, If it's only sent the signals to amps, I could do it. but from the head unit, it sent signals to some other controller or something like that, then there has another swithcing unit.............damn I don't even know how to explan this, the wire diagram looks really intricacy.
I'll take a pic soon......

There are premium sound interfaces available. IMO, they are mediocre at best, but they work and save a lot of time and money if the factory speakers and amps are all working properly.

Otherwise, you may need to rewire and replace the speakers. On a lot of Bose car systems, they use speakers with impedences < 4 ohms which may not work with an aftermarket radio.
