Anyone have the cajones to try this in their S?

You guys are all so funny. I really mean that, I'm not just being sarcastic as a means of implying that you actually suck at being funny. Your responses were all so witty and entertaining. How will I ever stop laughing at your incredibly funny comments? The site definitely needs more of that brand of side-splitting humor. Bob Saget would be proud.

Basically his car lost grip and was about to lose control. Alot of people in that situation attempt to recover by sawing at the wheel and giving alot of pedal input. In turn overcompensating and degrading the situation further. By removing his hands from the wheel and applying slight gas he regained grip and allowed the car to settle to a more manageable position. What it naturally wants to do. Go straight. In turn saving it from going into the wall. At least thats what i got from it.

The car is already going straight and wants to keep going straight. After he started losing control, he applied slight throttle to regain traction, and let go of the steering wheel, allowing the car's momentum to straighten it out.

Your front tires are like shopping cart wheels, to a certain extent. They will want to turn to match the direction of travel. Depending on how the car in the vid is setup, it could have a fairly extreme positive caster angle for more camber gain when cornering, and so has a rather strong tendency to return to center.
