I work for DaimlerChrysler, let me know exactly what you want and I'll see what our friends/family plan is this month.

Are there lease deals on the 300 like there are on the other Chryslers?

I saw an add for '06 Commanders for $2k down, $199/mo. Pretty cheap for a $30k vehicle.

I just traded in a Dodge. Don't do it. Resale was god awful. My 2002 car stickered for $23,500, had it as a second car and put 34,000 miles on it. Could not find a taker for $8 grand.

I put it in the paper and on the internet for two weeks at 1/3 of its value. Lots of internet views, one call from a ditzy college girl. That's 70 percent depreciation in four years with very few miles on it. I wonder what it would have fetched if had what Kelly said would be "average miles for that year of 65,000. I went to every Subie dealer in town and could not even get kelly blue book "Fair" condition trade value. The car was mint. Not a scratch, very clean, drove like it was new. Pretty close to the same deal on my Alero I sold when I bought the Dodge.

While the car gave me zero problems, unless I was going to keep a car for 10 years, (which I never do) I would not buy another american car until they can get better resale value. Its like burning money.

Vader, you failed to mention what kind of Dodge it was.

Yeah, look for the Chrysler lease deals if you can. I read an article on CNN Money this morning about some killer lease deals DC has going on right now. In this case, leasing avoids the resale value issue.

wow that is cheap. They are ugly as sin, but for 199 for a large SUV is a steal if you need one.

I'm not a big Dodge/Chrysler fan, but the 300C is a pretty damn nice ride. It's basically a previous-gen E class Benz chassis/suspension/transmission with a Hemi motor for low $30's, or even less with good discounts.

I haven't heard about any reliability problems with these cars!?!?

he also failed to mention what he paid, which is what MOST people use to calculate depreciation.
