I'm not a big Dodge/Chrysler fan, but the 300C is a pretty damn nice ride. It's basically a previous-gen E class Benz chassis/suspension/transmission with a Hemi motor for low $30's, or even less with good discounts.
I haven't heard about any reliability problems with these cars!?!?

Vader, you failed to mention what kind of Dodge it was.
And I actually PAID I think $21 or so for it and got $7400 so it was 65% depreciation, a little better but not great
Jusst found this on CNN Money, (although source is CR which I sometimes have my issues with.)

Chrysler 300 V8 are second worst reliability in the large car segment.

Good find.
Guess you'll have to buy a v6 model!
Quite a difference in cars, are you sure you want to go from something entirely sporty to a sedan with just raw power? A more logical choice for a sedan would be something more performance oriented. Other than needing more room what else are you looking for in a car? Why the 300c?

To the original poster,
Rather than listen to CR I would check to see what the owners say. Some things that go wrong are easy to fix or work around. Others are big deals. CR just doesn't have enough information to really let you know what the problems are and if they are something you don't want to deal with.
