Anything that costs $55,000 is not a daily driver to me. For daily driver candidates, I'm thinking more like in the $5,500 price range...

Ok sure, Audis are heavy, have less then average reliability and well below average resale, but they sure are pretty.

according to this it is 414hp (link below)

i would guess it will weigh close to 4000lbs.

also, there is some question about the price. a current S4 can cost $55k. Autoweek reported something like $75k at some point, so who knows who is right. I doubt too many would get sold at $75k.

I think the redline is like 8250 for the V8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ya, not long ago i looked up a 1983 GTI and it was about 1800lbs or so.... then the 1985 GTI (golf version) was like 2200lbs or something like that...... then the current version is like 3200lbs (more for the R32)!!!

that is like a 78% increase!!!!!!
