which is better to learn to ride on??

The f4i would be alot better to learn on than the r6. The f4i has enough power for you and is a nice tempered bike. The r6 is high strung and more unforgiving. What ever bike you get just take it slow and don't try to show off. I have seen many skilled riders go down showing off.

5'11 and 155 lbs? You shouldn't have any problems feeling "outweighed." It's all about balance and control. Just remember that the bike IS around 400 lbs, so don't lean the bike over too much when not moving.

I'm 5'8 and 155 and I ride just fine. I mean, if 5'6/130lbs racers can do it, then you can too.
