Found a link to it on Slashdot. I thought it might be of interest to some.

I'm not refering to anything. I just posted the link that I spotted on Slashdot as I thought it might be of interest to others since there seems to be some interest in the M3. I hope you can draw your own conclusions. Hope you had a great weekend!

Eh, I was just really confused by the thread title, given the topic, that's all. The term "easter egg" usually refers to a hidden feature, typically found buried in software code. MS Excel has/had a notorious egg that allowed you to play a flight sim if you entered the right things into the right cells. Eeggs.com has a good listing... And the SMG II launch control really isn't hidden, given that it's mentioned in the owners manual (I think) and in every review. Thus the confusion
Anyway, I think the SMG II system is really cool, but I think the limitations on the launches is a total crock. If you can't design it to survive more than 20 or 30 launches, don't sell it. That's just my take on it though!

Just to clear things up, lauch control is NOT mentioned anywhere in the owner's manual of North American M3's w/SMG, however, the feature still exists.
