Out of curiosity, couldn`t these dealerships do some sort of legal maneuvering and sell their inventory to an arbitrary entity, which could then trade them right back into the dealership so they can resell as pre-owned used product...
I mean, better to sell a `lightly used`pre-owned Nitro for $25,000 than have to dish them out for 40% off just to meet a deadline.
