Thanks for the input guys. The evo is no longer an option for me as it is just not worth it. Expensive insurance and very bad milage. I'll miss likely end up buying an s2k or maybe frs or mk7 gti
Have you thought of Fiat Abarth? 28 city, 34 hwy mileage. Very fun to drive. Leno gave a great review. 4 year warranty.
I'm not too much of a fan of fiats and the mk7 gti is supposed to be getting 29/44!

where did you read that? i doubt it will get that mileage. Maybe in imperial gallons.

It was in this review

it says for "euro spec gti". That number is with imperial gallons. it will probably get similar to the current mk6 if not slightly better. But not 29/44.

Front wheel drive really dont worth it. Ive driven gti, honda civic si, fiesta st, mazda 3 speed and all of them sucks.
Also, my car just before s2000 was frs. The engine could even blow, just by driving in track stock.
If you turbo it, most likely it will blow.
Thats why I sold it even if I already got the bodykit, rims, etc.
I believe S2000 is one of the most reliable and newer car than any other jdm cars.
I mean, EVO and STI is something totally different.
I'm talking about rwd JDM cars.
NSX, RX7 FD3S, Supra, R34 GTR, S13, S14, S15 Kouki, MR2, 300ZX, these are all really old. So maintaining these will cost you a lot.
Anyways good luck with everything man.
