Haha, I've only had it a week or so. Fun as heck on the street and took it to my first autocross today. Definitely NOT the right car for autocross in stock trim. Big, heavy, moderate understeer on corner entry and moderate oversteer on corner exit in bone stock trim so far. Needs some 315+ hoosiers all around to make it fast. I miss the Lotus for autocross but nothing else which is exactly why I got rid of it because it's pointless to have a car that just sits in the garage for weeks on end and only gets to go out and play for 10 minutes at a time. The Nissan is quiet, comfortable, powerful, well built and packed full of cool gadgets. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere anytime.

The acceleration is pretty nuts even stock, I already roasted a guy in a 360 Modena that wanted to mess with me. The car is only a few grand away from mid to high 500 awhp. It gets a surprisingly high amount of attention, all the fanboys love it maybe more so than the Lotus.

I would say do it if you find the right car. GT-R and Lotus would be a good combo. GT-R for street and track, Exige S for autocross and tight road courses. As for me I wanted to simplify the garage and just have one car for everything for a bit plus I can always autocross the Cayman S if I want traditional RWD fun. Not sure how long I'll keep the Nissan.

GTR is a cow in comparison to most vehicles on the road today!

EDIT: in size, I mean.

Not really. Visually it looks much larger than it really is when you actually put it beside another car, except the Lotus of course.

It's the high beltline and the square lines that make it look bigger. Put it next to a 350Z and then see if you still think it's a cow.

To the GTRs credit, the 350Z is also a cow.
