Default Car to Complement the S2000

Some time ago, somebody asked what car (that your significant other drives) would be a good complement to the S2000. Well, I think my wife has finally gotten that car (she had a '95 Accord before, and she hates SUVs).

We just picked up a new Audi A4 Avant.

Nice car. My wife bought a VW Passat GLX variant in fresco green. Very similar to the A4 but a little larger. It is sort of in between the A4 and the A6, plus it has 4-motion (same as the Audi Quattro). She is very happy with it.

Sport wagons are really cool, but my Tundra is the perfect complement for MY needs.

- hauls bikes, Home Depot purchases, and any other crap that's too big or nasty for a passenger car/SUV
- has a badass powertrain and killer stereo
- rides like a Lexus on stilts and is uber comfortable

I have an A4 (1.8t sedan), and its a great compliment to the S2k. The AWD is great for the winter while the S is hibernating.

I have a Ford Fiesta diesel - does the job and is cheap to run.
Takes the knocks and has so far been reliable.

Its not fast, but makes me appreciate the S2000 more when I get to drive her !

I drive my S2000 every day... If I am paying that much to live in California, might as well enjoy it!
