computer chip for s2000

Default computer chip for s2000

I wanna buy a high perfomance chip for my 2002 s2000 but i dont know of any good brands for that since i'm new to everything. Any suggestions??? Is gforce a good brand?

what you need is kpro, a dyno and someone who knows how to tune s2000s

Depends what year your car is. Flashpro if you own a 06+, best mod for the money.

For anything less you have quite a few options. This car isn't like BMW which uses Chips, but you need an engine management system (ECU) and a tuner to get the most out of it.

If you are going to tune the car buy a test pipe here on the forums (maybe 60$) so you can get the most power out of the car for the least money. $.02

Vafc 2 or afc neo are about the only cheap (but reliable) forms of piggyback ecus. Between the price of the piggyback and cost for tuning expect to pay 4-500. Do not buy chips.

I agree but most are not willing to spend 2k for an ecu and tune to gain a couple horsepower. If I wasn't boosted I wouldn't have gone with the aem.
