Stall is right. IMO the whole fuel cell thing is just that for the foreseeable future.. a stall so that no side has to give on it's position. Cool technology but the marketplace must drive change.. the government can just diddle the marketplace until they destroy it or are forced to another priority.

This cartoon really belongs in off-topic but IMO the whole alternative fuel discussion could easily be a taboo political thread.
