CR is obviously not the best resource for getting a new automobile review or a comparison between different models, but that was never their purpose. They are, however, the best when it comes to reliability data which is exactly what their mission is.

Has anyone else noticed that red S2000 they have had in their publications that is an AP2 with AP1 wheels?

Only by 1/3, but it doesn't mean Ford has the decisive management over Mazda. Mazda still has the controlling stake.
