Default CRF230

Got a 2009 Honda CRF230 a few weeks ago and love it. My S2k stays clean in the garage. So far I am getting 85-87MPG! I drive a total of 15 miles a day to and from work. It isn't far and the speed is never over 45MPH so this bike is great for this.

Anyone else got this bike? I'd upload a pick but I dodn't know how...

Bikes are great for summer commuting if you don't need to carry anything and don't mind helmet hair, but the first time you get caught in a downpour, you may re-think.

I'll stick with the S2000....top up

Can't speak about the 230, but it reminds me of our 3 Honda Metro's, and love them!! Got to love that mileage!!

They're a lot of fun, and economical beyond belief. Have fun!

Yeah, the bike is just complementary to my S2000. It will allow me to keep my car clean in my garage most of the week and save some gas. Unfortunately we don't have covered parking at my work and I don't like leaving my car in the Texas heat all day long (soft tops don't like it). The bike is better suited for this (I just put a towel over the seat). I'm not looking forward to getting caught in the rain but I do have "wet gear" that I keep on the bike just in case. Fortunately Helmut head is in, I can get the latest hair style without any product at all, my Helmut does all the magic for me on my way to work!

No, not the real Burt. I just use his name for forums and Internet games.
