I tend not to trust people that try to sell me something and can't spell.

It may be a fast turbo CRX....but in the end it's still a CRX. I'd only have any faith in the reliability of an internally modified car If i had purchased the parts myself, and had them installed by a reputable mechanic or done the work myself. There's just too much risk involved in buying such a tuned car...thats why the value is less than it might be otherwise. Anyways, it could also be a fabulous little daily driver/sleeper/track star to embarass some ZO6's, but be careful. An no, it's not unheard of for a turbo CRX to be in the 11's..I really doubt 10's and am skeptical about low 11's for this car....I read about one in Sport Compact Car that ran 11's(but that one also had a gutted interior, and a B18C1 Swap with a T0-4 Turbo pushing about 400 HP to the wheels (and it didn't run well on 91 octane)). g/l
