It was a promo for the upcoming Dukes of Hazzard movie. Didn't you notice the PowerAde commercial feel and the simulated herky jerky "amateur" camera work?

Looks real to me? you can see everyone on the inside line doing the same speed, as close to the curb as possible.
I guess they could computer generate it....
