Default Does anyone have JL Audio??

Does anyone have the JL Audio 10W3 Sub/box made specifically for our car? If so how do you like it, how many watts do you have pushing it, what amp, how much did the sub/box cost you?

OR

Does anyone have JL Audio Subs in their trunk? Pic's?

I forget how long ago...I think last summer or the summer before that.....

JL Audio just introduced their line of amps...and they sent my dad a demo...

Hehehe..he needed a car to test it out..so he gave me 2 10W3's in a JL Bandpass box powered by the prototype JL Audio 500/1 amp.

It HIT! Very clean, deep, and sounded great.

JL Audio gives you thump, bump, but also SOUND. JL Audio may be just a brand name but they back it up with their quality. Very good company.

I took it out because it was too loud for my civic. Didn't know they made a stealthbox for the S2000.

Anyhow, good luck on your purchase. You might want to just get a box w/ a W7. <---- heard these things are crazy.

Cheers,

Bryan

Good luck finding a W7 though. I have two 8x3's in the back of my S2000 in a dual bandbass box. They make a lot of noise but I am still tracing down rattles. Goiong with dual eclipse titanium 10's in a fiber box in a few weeks with the new Rockford. 800.2's. Still hoping that my QSD216s get in before tommorow so I can install them.

They do have a stealthbox for the S2K -- it sits where your spare tires is now and comes with a grill to cover/protect the sub.

I had 2 10W3's in my Audi and they were great! I'm thinking about getting the stealthbox for the S2K, but I really don't want to add weight to the car....

Actually it doesn't sit where the spare tire is..it sits in the indented part of the trunk where the jack is...some people have been choosing to put the amp in the spare tire area though.

Thats where i am installing my fiber box as well. I am hoping to get the materials and finish it this week as I have no school

Does anybody have the rear tray removal instructions, I believe that is the last rattle, and I have one little hum in the speakers but that will be gone when the cda-7995 goes in,

I also have an installer that has worked on many s2000's and soon mine He can make custom box's out of fiberglass for really cheap!

Please post back some opinions, the shop isn't completely finished, but you can order things that are on with prices. If you need anything that's not there let me know ill try to give you the best deal you can find in car audio.
