I don't think an Elise would do much if any worse in a collision with an SUV than an S2000 or Z4 or Boxster. The SUV will ride up and over all of these types of cars, unfortunately.

Maybe in a head on collision, but if the SUV gets full impact I'd rather be in the other cars than the Elise.
