Funny how, with all these videos, the makers of the video are driving the car that wins...(not to say that the M5 shouldn't win)

They look pretty evenly matched to me.

The other thing I noticed was the E60 M5 makes 500 peak hp @ 8250, and the E55 AMG only makes 461 peak hp @ 6100 rpms. I'd give the M5 the advantage from a high rpm roll in any gear.

The tq advantage the E55 had from a stop was excluded, so the vid makes sense.
