Default E85

I was wondering if any one has went to another state to get e85 since AZ is e55 now. What's the legality of it. I know torco has it at 6.00 per gallon.

The race fuel suppliers sell you "guaranteed 84.9%" E85, vs E85 at pumps which varies from 72-84.9% or something. Plus you are paying for the cost of the barrel.
