Wow! I'm not sure if I'm impressed or dumbfounded that someone would do a project like that.
They're putting in so many new/custom/refurbed parts that it's almost like building an all-new van from scratch.
Either way, it's a massive project that will be hugely gratifying when it's done. I can't imagine the cost...

Early split-window bus guys are crazy. Quite a faithful following. I'd love to see that thing, once fully restored. They are neat cars. Love the 21-window Samba.
