I am paying MSRP, which is because (similar to S2000) i hopped on a list about 8 months ago. I am #1, and they are charging #2 $1500 extra. I would imagine in california $10k extra would be normal. (blaaaa).

I am keeping the S2000. That way when I have people over we can race the cars against each other.


Todd - They say 0-60 in under 5 seconds on the website. I would assume 13.4-13.5 @ 104mph or so would be reasonable for a stock car.

 

looks good, but the car is heavy @ 3263lbs....

Damn, nearly 30 grand is hard to swallow on a car that looks pretty boring. The performance aspects are great. But it will still have it's twins on a car lot with huge writing exclaiming "REBATE."

 

If I needed a 4-door, this would be a nice option.

14 inch brakes or 13 inch... heh.

 

It's not a typo, it's a different way of measuring brakes. Namely, it's the smallest diameter wheel that will fit over the brakes. It's a bizarre method that sounds good in advertisements. Oh well, they're big no matter how you fry it.

 

Saw it at the LA auto show....whats up with the throttle cable going around the top of the engine?

-The Seats are very nice.
-Has a plastic interior feel like the wrx...gotta cut corners some where.
-They had a red and yellow one...they are ok colors but has a pastel look to them.
-I didn't see a boost gauge(I could be blind).....I just want to see the 19psi @ 3500 when driving
-Sunroof!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-I hate the Alteza style rear lights.....but I like the head lights. The front bumper is ok.
-I like how the rear spoiler is partly carbon fibor.


Those are some of the things that suck out....
