Evo X

I drove an Evo X SE for 7 days. I didn't think the interior was that bad. also, I don't believe the GSR's touch 40k. We are seeing them move for close to 30k and sometimes below 30k for the base models.

The interior is massively improved, but still not close to a 328i. Not even a 128i... Material quality isn't there in real life, and you can still tell it's not there in the pictures. That's OK though, it's not what the car is about. Let's just not pretend it's a luxury quality interior.

I love my evo X. I see 26-27 average mpg frequently on the highway with some eco driving savy. I think it gets just about the same mileage as my S2k on the freeway. City milage is definitely worse because it is a heavier car.

a 2011 GSR with a few options (SSS, Nav, Aero) is 40K. Around here dealers aren't moving too much off MSRP. Either way for a 30K car it's still not acceptable.

I'm fine with the trade-off...I realize that other's are not.

Yeah i feel like everyone is missing the point...the s2000 is single use much like an evo is. It's a weekend car for having fun with the top down and autocrossing. The evo is a car for 4wd performance, with no luxury items. Do people daily drive the s2000, even though it has no back seat? I do...I also daily drove an Evo X despite the shtty interior and fact that I couldnt run it hard on the way to work.
Don't be fanboys and hate on anything that isn't an S2000 (though the s2000 is worlds better, FWIW).
