Default Fast AWD Convertible

Is the Audi S4/RS4 the only fast convertible with AWD that's under $60k?
With possible 4 seats and made in atlease 2000.

I didn't know Audi was building the S4 or even the RS4 as a convertible. There's an A5 vert and S5 convertible if we're only talking about current production. The S5 vert does share the same motor with the current S4 though.

What about a 3 Series convertible with X-Drive? Depending on how big those back seats need to be, there is the Porsche C4 Cabrio ....you did mention no older than a 2000 model.

Skip the AWD and just get snow tires for the winter.

You should pay a little more attention to what you're reading.

Yeah, Audi did both, not sure if they still offer them new though. They are a little on the heavy side, but nice nonetheless.

BMW's x-drive isn't as good as quattro, my wife's 328XI is pretty crappy in the snow.

Poindexter,

He asked for fast convertible under $60k and made after 2000 with 4 seats and AWD. What part did I miss?

Looking back it does appear that my post is in reference to yours. I didn't intend it to be that way. I speed read the thread and missed that you had already mentioned the 911 C4.

Actually, his title says AWD convertibles OVER $60K but his post says UNDER $60K.

As others said, Porsche 911 C4 is under $60K (used), along with the BMW 3-Series, Audi A4/S4 and Audi TT.
