Ford-Brazil sues Nissan-Brazil over...women?
War of the hot hatches in Latin America. Ford-Brazil sues Nissan-Brazil over women or cars? See commercial in autoblog link below for perspective.

So, who do you work for, Mr. 36 posts, Ford or Nissan? Or neither?
It would seem to me on the face of it that Nissan probably should advertise their car using their car, not trying to use a Ford product prominently and a short reference to their own model. The "girls" seems irrelevant, it's the fact that the Nissan ad literally pimped the Focus. As if to make people feel good about the Ford then quick switch to the cheaper Nissan. In other words, it really seemed the ad was trying to use the Ford product to sell the Nissan product, instead of merely contrasting the salient points of each. Morons, IMHO. Use sex to sell your own car. Really seemed like they were using sex to sell Fords, and for people with no sexual response, buy a Nissan. Because nobody who would respond to sex in advertising would normally buy a Nissan, they had to do a quick-change to trick them. WTF? I get the humor, it's the logic for Nissan I am not getting. I want a Focus now, screw sexless Nissan
But I don't care either way.
