Ford Taurus
Big, heavy, dumb-looking car, with engine mounted fwd-style, transversely in front of the front wheels. It has a few ponies I guess, but I don't understand the hype AT ALL, particularly on an S2000 forum!
Very cool. I enjoyed the demonstrations. It means a lot more than just salesman talk. I imagine these examples would sell more cars, but there's the difficulty of getting people in the showrooms to begin with.
Tanner Foust is a cool guy. The blindspot example was just so ridiculous, though. You can tell it's extremely scripted, although it makes its point. Just to an incredulous degree
Thanks for posting this. Ford is on the up and up. Good for them.

What's ridiculous is yet another 4000 lb. step in the wrong direction.
Ford's on the wrong side of history with this one.

Report back.....
My folks had a Taurus wagon which was bought new in 1988...car lasted all of 3 years before the tranny went bad, among numerous other problems. That was enough of a bad taste to never purchase another Ford, let alone another Taurus.
