2001 Eclipse GT V6. Wife owned a 2001 model and sold it several years later right before it reached 100k miles. Shape still looks modern imo. Sporty highway cruiser and so easy to drive. Also torquey. Drove it back and forth from Cali to Vegas often. Zero issues.

I'll probably receive some flack for this but the Feiro GT's were rather sharp looking.

Always thought rx3's were hot as well.

The Lotus Esprit V8 is probably my favorite sports / supercar of all time. Something about the way it looks just captivates me. The fact that it has a twin turbo V8 puts it over the edge. When I was first getting interested in cars this is the one that stood out to me and it still makes my heart ache every time I look at pictures of one.

Yep, and I like the old wedgy design even more than the softer '86-on cars:

I *love* the old 8 series, especially the front treatment where it's totally BMW, yet very different from the other models at the time. The design really holds up well too.

There's a Lotus V8 TT down at the street from us. Don't see the guy drive it , but I do see it get moved in/out of the garage on occasion. One of the crew with ChinMoSpo had one too.

That RX3 above is HOT. I didn't recall the lines being as sexy as that picture (I remember them being more boxy like a B510).

Good thread!
