Found a car with LESS trunk space then a Solstice

Seriously, they stick the 2zz in the corolla but not the mrS, I just dont see the logic, they wouldve won the competition against the miata in spades and even take away some of the thunder from the s2000. I don't see what sales they wouldve cannibalized or any production costs problems. I mean they almost had the confection just right and then fail in the 4th quarter.
I mean seriously, here they are selling the engine to lotus to use in their cars, didn't someone at some point think man, if we just had a mid engine, lightweight sportscar to stick this engine into, we could make such a great car too! Oh well, I should get back to trying to figure out a way to get the MRS to beat the Miata.

the Prowler is up there with the most useless trunk
It's wide but only a couple inches deep, plus everything just slides to the bottom (the few things you can actually fit in there)

I used to autocross with a guy who ran an MR-S in the stock class. He used to carry a set of 4 wheels with r-compound tires mounted, his floor jack, tool kit, and some other autoX gear in that car! I have no idea how he fit everything.

My neighbor had one, and while the trunk was small he did point out there's a decent amount of room behind the seats and he showed me that he could fit 2 medium size duffle bags in the car, easily enough for a 3-4 day weekend trip for 2 adults.

That picture doesn't show how useless the Prowler's trunk really is. You have to see it to believe it. A dealer loaned me one while my car was in the shop. I enjoyed playing with it for a day but I didn't want to keep it.

I thought the Elise had the smallest trunk space. It is definitely the smallest I have ever seen. It looked like it would fit a 3 month old baby and that's it.
