I think the new coupe is a great step up front the last gen especially the interior. I can't wait to see one properly aerokitted, slammed on some deep dish 19s. It'll look siq.

Well it seems like a good buy to me. It still looks hot, it runs with everything in its class, and the interior is up to par this time. It is heavier, but it doesn't yet appear to be slower than the G35C. Hopefully someone will test it with 4WAS and we can see how much that improves its handling, but it already looks like it does pretty well. Seems like the perfect fit for its class.

An IS350 has a 306hp and would more than likely beat it in accel times. It weighs about the same.

So because of a .1 or so of yet an unproven "disadvantage" somehow relegates its 0-60mph run as being "sad"?

Instead of being mag racers, why don't you guys wait till it's actually released to the greater buying public and have the owners rip off some 0-60 times since that sounds like it's your thing which is kinda funny coming from an S2000 board.

Looks like someone has been on a "power trip" this past weekend on these boards. Well for a car that has almost 30 more hp and with similar curb weights. A .1 difference is sad. The G35 was a stellar performer. It was also quicker than the competition. Personally I'm going to wait for a comparo from different mags but as a preview from both C&D and Insideline, I'm not impressed. Especially since they increased displacement and added 30+ ponies.

On the plus side, I do like the interior and that they paid attention to some of the refinement issues of the previous gen.
