Golf V6 4motion
Anyone any ideas what mods you would need to get a Golf V6 4motion up to 245bhp at the wheels?
My friend has just been offered one, with "ottinger head and exhaust on it and a few other bits....". I am just wondering what the "few other bits" would need to be. It is a new car from a dealer, and they are only asking just over MRP for it!!!!! It seems way too cheap to me.....??

You'd have to do internal work to get it to 245hp. Basically, headwork, cams, ECU, intake, exhaust. However, as far as I know there are no cams yet available for the 24V VR6. Only thing I know for sure exists is the Z-Engineering supercharger kit.
