Hey guys, I'm not sure if you're familiar with motostrano (since I don't frequent the bike talk section), but I just ordered some new leathers, boots, and gloves there. I accidentally ordered the wrong glove size and was worried about having the right gloves in time. I also forgot to expidite shipping since I also forgot about next week having a holiday and UPS not delivering for regular ground.

My stuff was boxed and ready to go an hour after I ordered it and I received my tracking # as well. The day after, I realized what I had done and called up to see if my order had been dropped at UPS yet. Joe at Motostrano had the warehouse guys hunt down my package, replace the misordered gloves with the correct size and switched the shipping to second day air in less than 30 min!
