Good find. Almost everybody(including me) when they first hear about heel toe shifting wonder how and the heck you can get your heel on the throttle when the ball of your foot is on the brake. For the majority of us who can't make that move the video explains it.

Might add that it helps to have shoes that won't easily slip off the brake.

I haven't been able to heel-toe with the foot roll in my S2k -- it feels like the pedals are too far apart for my feet. I have been able to do it better using "traditional" heel-toe, with the ball of my right foot on the brake and stabbing the throttle with the heel of my right foot.

Much more practice required, I guess.

This is what I do, but I've been thinking of getting some pedals that sit closer together.

It looks like he's doing it wrong... you don't press all three pedals at the same time like that. YOu normally brake first and when the rpms drop, you press the clutch THEN rev.
