They say people won't like the fact that it is associated with Hitler, so am I wrong in thinking that might actually make it more desireable? Had it been commissioned by some obscure 3rd world leader would the car still be as interesting?

Just read about that on Aol. I agree it's amazing this thing was develop in the late 1930's. This car would give todays car a run for their money speed wise. It's said that this will set a record for auction price at 2mil. Now bad spending change for a car you can only drive on the track lol.
