I dig it and the four and two door sedan.

Seriously, I'm really starting to think that Honda is employing all the former Pontiac designers. This is gimmicky, cheesy and tacky. This sort of style is going to age very quickly.

That was a "concept". And it was a concept of the 2 door Si model, not this.

Front isn't bad, rear is awful. There hasn't been a good looking civic since the 6th gen.

Looks like a less attractive cross between a Mazda3 and standard Impreza 5-door.

I'd pick one up if it they had an awd option - even if it was a fwd biased one.

I'm just happy Honda is finally going turbo lol Ive driven the cvt civic with the 1.5 turbo and it will spin the tires easily with the traction control off which the previous civic 1.8 liter wouldn't do. The 1.5 turbo and cvt combo drive much better than the 2.4liter cvt accord for sure. The current civics don't do well in pics but they do look better in person they just take some time to grow on you especially when you see it parked next to a competitor... This civic hatch should outsell the Honda fit and hrv easily but will be way behind in sales compared to the crv but that's totally different

It could look cool once it hits production. Design looks too busy. otherwise wait for a mid gen restyle, Honda seem to get it right the 2nd time.

Agree with the other commenter........that looks more like a wagon than a hatchback.

I mean it's a Civic...I'm pretty sure almost everyone commenting in this thread has seen countless examples in person already (of the sedan and/or coupe). It's not a graceful or tasteful design language.
