So maybe we'll see a SULEV S2000 replacement? I can plop one of those stickers on the window right now n instantly feel better about killing the environment @ a slower pace.

It amazes me how they contiue to push the envelope of internal combustion engine design year after year.

Except of course for the S2000.

Honda plans to release a production vehicle equipped with the new engine within three years.
Hmmm... Haven't there also been rumors of an S replacement in 2009 or 2010?

Wow, 2.4 liters. It must make pretty good power. The emissions improvements are great, but a 13% increase in fuel economy is really significant. They said they hope to release it within 3 years. I wonder what car they will put this in?

2.4L is probably for the Accord and CR-V. Since they sell so many, they can be benefit from the emissions law down the road as a company.
