Two words.... Butt Ugly! The front fascia reminds me of the robot Vincent from Disney's The Black Hole.

The composite fenders and bumpers look awkward, and are too reminiscent of (dare I say it) the Aztek. There are too many intersecting geomentric shapes caused by all the different finishes (composite, painted, glass), making it look too busy and too "thrown together".

But otherwise I think the general shaping and styling is good -- almost Land Roverish. And it certainly seems to offer a lot of functionality, especially for the price.

Look for a redesign of those composite panels in two years; something to help those lines flow together a bit better. Then I think Honda will have another winner.

Did Chris Bangle consult the Honda Engineers? The lines are everywhere, no uniformity. A box on wheels like the Toyota Scion which is to debut soon as well.

Man, you guys are being harsh!

Like many cars nowadays, it will probably look better in person. I am actually considering one of these as a company promo vehicle in our market.

I'm imagining something like this: www.autowraps.com

Jigsaw Puzzle improperly fitted together. Plastic mesh with steel body panels, line are not symetrical, seems to go up then down in the design lines.
