Default Interior Paint

I'm wanting to paint the interior of my beater, just wondering what kind of paint would be best to do this. I have seen many people change the colors of thier beaters, and I would love to get rid of a crappy looking grey.

Go to an old school shoe repair shop where they sell spray on leather paint....it's as unbelievably good as it is toxic (until it dries, that is).

what is your beater? I've never seen a painted interior that looked good.

I have a 95 Saturn Sedan, and it has an ugly ass grey interior. Everything in there is grey, but the dash and such are black. I would like to have the rest of the plastic pieces match the dash. Nothing special.

Vinyl spray will work wonders on vinyl and hard plastic pieces. Even the cheap shit from autozone will last for years and years and never fade. Just make sure you whipe down the pieces with a solvent first, like Acetone. This will NOT last well on pieces that come you have to touch or rub against such as door pulls, arm rests, etc. For these, I guess you could look into a plastic/vinyl dye.
