i saw my first z06 ever about 2 weeks ago from my way to ucla. it was a black one (my favorite color for cars). i was in my mr2 turbo screaming like a madman. it looked perfect. intimidating, but at the same time somewhat elegant due to the smooth body lines. i wonder what the driver of the car experience everyday when he drives that beast of a car. one day, i will own that car
p.s. for some reason i dont see that many of them...really hope i get to see more. going to ucla gives me the priviledge of running into ferrari's and lambo's and porsches and aston martins etc very frequently...but i havnt' seen more than 1 c6 z06 yet what are all the rich ppl thinking =P

I've seen two on the road but they are selling.. talking with the dealer that sells most here. Said most are sold in advance so they never make it to the showroom.. the one that did sold the same day at 10K over.

a guy here at work is getting a black one, so maybe then I'll get a closer look at this monster

That "GMX245" is pretty hot looking. I'd get rid of therear lip spoiler, but I'd about keep everything else. I think the rear brake intake is even a bit more tasteful that the real Z06 opening.

Someone at work has a yellow one. He got it months ago. Nice looking car, but the yellow wouldn't be my choice.
What's interesting is that the owner drives it every day, in the rain, sleet, whatever may be coming down. I don't think he's washed it once since he purchased it. It's filthy and the wheels are caked in brake dust. Papers and garbage inside...sad really. He doesn't even bother to park it in a corner spot.

I saw a black Z06 a couple of weeks ago, it was being driven by blond woman in her mid 50s. Heh heh she could be my sugar mama.
Anyway, I was surprised that I instantly recognized that it was a Z06. I'm not a huge Corvette fanatic, but there are a ton of C6s around here so I'm used to seeing them. The Z06 definitely has presence. Sounds good, too.

it's an interesting car:
a car mag noted that it was "a pussycat on the street, and a devil on the track"
they actualy said that the viper was milder mannered
wow
i'd love to take it for a spin (hopefully not literaly)
